Day 1.
-
A “stinging” sensation in the treated area(s) immediately after treatment is normal and lasts for about an hour.
-
The Swelling peaks the day following the treatment. The swelling will likely be worse in the mornings and lessen towards the evening. You may find it difficult to open your eyes in the morning following the treatment however, it will subside throughout the day. Ice the treated area (use a clean tea towel to cover the ice pack) alternating 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off, for up to one hour. Do NOT apply ice directly onto the skin, as this can cause damage to the tissue.
-
Avoid taking anti-inflammatory medications like aspirin, ibuprofen or steroids if possible.
-
Drink plenty of water.
-
If the treatment is on the face or neck, we recommend you sleep on your back with your head elevated to reduce swelling.
-
The wound from plasma devices is not open. However, the first 12 hours post-treatment is vital in protecting you from any potential infection, so please avoid any activities where you could expose yourself to contaminants. Keeping hands off of anything that comes in contact with the treatment area.
-
Do not dampen or wet the area. Do not wash the area.
-
Apply balm cream (Sheald Recovery Balm) several times a day as needed.

Day 2.
-
The swelling is the same or slightly less than the previous day (Day 1). Sometimes swelling also spreads to the eye-bags even if no plasma aesthetic treatment was carried out on the lower eyelids, this is normal because the upper eyelid communicates with the lower eyelid and some fluid inside the upper eyelid can spread to the eye bags. DON’T PANIC this is perfectly normal!
-
Ice the treated area (use a clean tea towel to cover the ice pack) alternating 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off, for up to one hour. Do NOT apply ice directly onto the skin, as this can cause damage to the tissue.
-
Gently wash your face with a gentle cleanser that has no active ingredients in it like Cetaphil or mild unscented glycerin or Dove unscented soap twice a day (morning and night) then dab dry with cotton, or a facecloth.
-
Wear dark sunglasses and a hat for protection if you are going outside.
-
Apply balm cream (Sheald Recovery Balm) several times a day as needed.
-
Do NOT stand with your face under a hot shower for the first 3-4 days. This could increase swelling. Try to avoid shower gels or hair products running on to your face as this could cause irritation and inflammation.

Day 3.
-
The swelling should start to subside noticeably and the spots where the plasma was applied will start turning into scabs. Those scab dots will fall off naturally by day 4-7, stay calm. Think of the new baby skin that is being protected underneath the dots.
-
The discomfort experienced during day1 and day 2 should have subsided dramatically.
-
No further pain should be experienced on the third day following the treatment. For those people who experience eye-bag swelling, this should still be present during the third day.
-
Apply balm cream (Sheald Recovery Balm) several times a day as needed if you don’t see any signs of scabs.
-
Do NOT stand with your face under a hot shower.
PLASMA SKIN TIGHTENING
wrinkles remove & loose skin tightening
permanent removal of forehead lines, crow’s feet, nasolabial folds, bunny lines, smile lines, fine lines, eye bags, frown lines (11 lines), and smoker’s lines
Say goodbye to costly botox or fillers every few months!
Achieve stunning, permanent results with just one session.
It’s a skin tightening technique which uses a tiny arc of electricity (plasma) to create a tiny burn or carbon crust, which contracts and tightens the skin instantly.
The plasma spark burns the skin and causes it to contract at the burn dot. You will see the skin around the burn move toward the burn due to this contraction, resulting in skin tightening.

Right after the plasma burn, watch as the skin tightens up. Picture the black dots falling away, revealing smoother, tighter skin instantly.

Are the results after the treatment permanent?
A fibroblast plasma treatment can last as long as invasive surgery, technically results from plasma lift are permanent, however we keep aging over time just like it would after surgery. It stimulates new collagen production but doesn't halt the natural aging process. To minimize aging effects, protect your skin from UV rays and maintain a healthy lifestyle by avoiding smoking, alcohol, and prolonged sun exposure.
How many sessions of plasma lift do I need?
You can expect a significant improvement in skin texture, firmness and radiance in just one session. However, most clients fall in love with their results and opt for another treatment! Results last 3-4 years.

What age range benefits most from plasma lift?
While the most dramatic over all results are visible on dry, thin skin, which is characteristic of mature skin - you can still get a beautiful refinement of texture as well as a targeted lift of areas like nose, lips and eyes in the early 20s. The toughest client I’ve treated was scarring for a 16 year old, and I’ve also performed a full face at 90.
Does it hurt?
The session isn't painful. While some patients might feel a bit uncomfortable, we use a numbing cream before the procedure to help ease any discomfort.
Does the treatment cause a scar?
Absolutely not! This treatment only works on the topmost layer of your skin, called the epidermis, and never touches the deeper dermis layer where scars can form. Scars only happen when an injury reaches the deeper skin, dermis, so there’s no need to worry! We guarantee this procedure is 100% safe and will leave your skin looking flawless—no scars, just beautiful results! 😊
What kind of side effects can I expect?
Plasma Fibroblast is a safe, non-invasive procedure, but like many cosmetic treatments, you may experience minor side effects for the first five to ten days after treatment. Expect small brown marks in the treated area due to scabbing, which will flake away within a week, revealing new, pink skin underneath. Swelling may occur for three to five days, particularly with eyelid treatment, but it won't harm surrounding or deeper skin layers. To minimize side effects, follow the aftercare instructions provided before your treatment.
Compare Fibroblast plasma vs. micro needling
Plasma
Results last 3+ years
permanent for scars/stretch marks
only 1-2 treatments for best results
cheaper in the long run and more effective results
Microneedling
results last 3-6 months
4-7 treatments for best results
gets expensive with maintenance & minimal temporary results
Conclusion: fibroblast plasma is a better investment if you are looking for more noticeable and longer lasting results.

Why choose us?
We really know what we’re doing, and we’re very good at we're doing.
1. Trusted by over 89 happy clients since 2017
We’ve transformed the appearance and confidence of countless clients, earning their trust and loyalty through consistently outstanding results.
2. Our technique evolves with experience for better results
Take a look at the first photo, where the treatment dots are arranged in a neat, uniform pattern. This is the standard technique most technicians are taught, and yes, we used to follow it in our early days
Now, compare it with the second photo—no strict pattern, just strategically placed treatment points. This approach is the result of years of experience! Why the shift? Loose skin forms wrinkles differently for everyone—some lines are easy to spot, while others are subtle, crossing each other in unpredictable ways, creating a chaotic look.
With our expertise, we target all these lines to deliver powerful results, even if the outcome doesn’t look “perfect” according to textbook methods. While our approach may seem bold, it’s precisely this customized and aggressive strategy that achieves 3 to 5 times better results than conventional techniques.
3. We dedicate 5 to 6 hours to each full-face treatment
Yes, we spend that much time because we care about your results, not just the clock. We’re passionate about delivering the best results for you. Here’s what sets us apart:
-
Triple Treatment for Maximum Results
-
Step 1: We begin by carefully treating the area to create controlled micro-burns, which kickstart the skin tightening process.
-
Step 2: Next, we apply plasma technology across the entire area—including beyond the micro-burns—to enhance skin tightening by up to 5 times.
-
Step 3: Finally, we use cold plasma to stimulate faster healing, leaving your skin smoother and rejuvenated.
-
-
Unmatched Time and Dedication
Unlike other places that stop after the first step and wrap up in 2 hours, we commit at least 5 hours to your treatment. This ensures the most comprehensive care and 5 times better results than standard treatments.
-
Exclusive Expertise
We’re the only clinic offering this unique, three-step process. Our dedication to your skin’s transformation is unmatched—because you deserve nothing less.
When it comes to achieving real, noticeable results, no one else does it quite like we do. 💖

Did you know plasma lift can be utilized to correct many asymmetries? A great example is this client’s lip height correction!

Plasma skin tightening can improve skin on your entire body, hands, elbows, knees, and even reduce birthmarks on the belly, scars, skin tag removal, tattoo or ink removal etc. The possibilities are endless, tailored to your desires.

Fibroblast Plasma Treatment Healing Process

1-7 days
Tiny crusts will quickly form on the treated area. These may be visible for up to about a week.
1-12 weeks
Once the scabs have fallen off (approximately 5-10 days), your skin may be a little pink.
This extensive dermal remodelling produces neocollagenesis.
Your skin is still healing, actually this is the most extensive dermal remodelling, new collagen synthesis.
12 weeks-3 years
The treated areas are visibly smoother with new rejuvenated skin. Fine lines and deeper lines are ironed out.
Before your treatment
-
Before your treatment:
-
Avoid sun exposure for 3-4 weeks and use sunscreen SPF70.
-
Refrain from any tanning methods for 2-4 weeks prior to your appointment, including spray tanning, tanning injections, sunbathing, and tanning beds. Consider using a natural Tyrosinase Inhibitor to prevent excess skin pigmentation.
-
If you have sunburn or a tan, postpone your treatment until signs disappear, which may take up to 8 weeks.
-
Avoid alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before your appointment, as they can interfere with numbing.
2. Other precautions: -
Do not undergo any other procedures in the treated area.
-
Refrain from using facial acids (such as Retin A, salicylic, or glycolic) for 14 days before or 21 days after Plasma Pen treatment.
-
Avoid Botox or fillers for 21 days before or after Plasma Pen.
-
Do not have micro needling/PRP for 21 days before or after Plasma Pen.
-
Avoid laser treatments or peels (depending on intensity) for 90 days before or after Plasma Pen.
-
If you've had a surgical procedure like a facelift, wait at least 9 months before Plasma Pen.
-
Remove eyelash extensions before upper or lower eyelid treatment and reapply after 8 weeks. Remove contact lenses when treating upper eyelids.
-
Ensure the skin is free of abrasions or open wounds.
-
Do not exfoliate the skin 2-3 days before treatment.
-
Cleanse the face/skin with a non-alcohol-based cleanser on the day of treatment.
-
Avoid makeup and moisturizers on the day of treatment if possible.
-
Note any last-minute questions for discussion, and avoid chemical peels or laser treatments.
What to expect on your day of treatment?
-
We recommend a shower and hair wash before the treatment. A clean pillow cover is highly recommended.
-
Please no makeup, moisturizer is worn on the treatment area. Just come in with clean skin.
-
We suggest taking an antihistamine one hour before your appointment and continue to take antihistamines for two to three days after your appointment. This will reduce swelling in the treatment area.
-
A NUMBING agent is placed on the treatment area and left to take effect for 30 to 45 minutes, When the area is sufficiently numb the treatment will begin. During the treatment you may feel some heat and minor irritation.
After Care Treatment

-
You may return to work the following day. However, you will not look your absolute best during the initial healing process (approximately 7 days).
-
Expect redness, swelling and inflammation for the first 1 to 5 days post-treatment. This is normal but will usually be of a very minor nature.
-
Do not apply any bandaids ( or liquid bandaid) on the treated areas as doing so can delay the natural healing process.
-
Do not work out, swim, get in a hot tub or steam bath (avoid sweating and soaking scabs). Don’t use saunas, swimming pools, public bathing and tanning beds for 7 days.
-
Supplements suggested to enhance healing would be Vitamin A, C, E, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Omega 3 and Amino Acids.
-
Men should avoid shaving the treated area until it is fully healed (around 7 days).
-
If you have had treatment around your eyes, you should avoid wearing contact lenses for 72 hours after your treatment

-
No discomfort or pain should be felt following the treatment. Some residual minor swelling can still be on the upper eyelids. No more pain or discomfort should be felt.
-
Apply a thin layer of Healing balm daily
-
Do NOT stand with your face under a hot shower.

Day 5.
-
The scabs must not be picked and should fall off on their own.
-
All swelling should have subsided, and some scabs may still be present. The minor swelling on the eye bags should have almost subsided.

Day 6.
-
The scabs should have started to fall off. In most cases during Day 6 people will struggle to tell whether any aesthetic treatment has ever been performed.
IMPORTANT!!! Allow the scabs to come off on their own.
Day 7.
-
Almost all scabs should have fallen off. At this point, it is ok to start using total physical sunscreen and apply makeup as usual.
Week 2.
-
Although the area has healed, it may feel more tender to the touch than usual and people may experience a stinging sensation while applying creams or washing normally. The area may look pinker than usual.
-
you can cover the carbon crusts with makeup if you want to conceal them, but only if you need to.
-
Once the scabs have fallen off, you must wear a physical sunblock (zinc & titanium) and a hat while your skin is in the healing stages (pink in color) and you should continue to do so for at least the next 12 weeks to avoid hyperpigmentation.
(Follow Do’s and Don’ts herein)
Week 3 and 4.
They are maybe still slightly tender and pinker than the rest of the area.
-
Avoid prolonged sun exposure for next few months, wear sunblock.
-
Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds – Once the scabbing/peeling process is complete, always apply a broad spectrum sunblock SPF50 to the treated area for a minimum of 3 months after your last treatment. The skin is still healing and can easily become damaged by the UV rays causing hyperpigmentation. You may even wish to consider using a natural Tyrosinase Inhibitor to ensure there is no overproduction of pigment in the skin aka hyperpigmentation.
-
No procedures such as laser therapy, chemical peels, Botox, fillers for at least 3 months
Month 2. Tenderness should have subsided, and the area should have fully blended with the surrounding skin. The full effect of your procedure will take 6 to 8 weeks, so be patient.
